Once your order has been shipped, youโ€™ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

You can return or exchange unused products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Custom items cannot be returned unless they are defective. To start a return, contact our support team with your order number.

We offer free shipping across the USA and Europe. Orders are processed in 1โ€“3 business days. Delivery estimates:

  • USA: Within 7 business days
  • Europe: Within 15 business days

International shipping is also available and calculated at checkout.
